Nate's new workout plan. You can thank Daniel for this one.

This post is dedicated to Daniel. Ask and you shall receive. But it’s going to cost you once I get back to NYC.

There’s supposedly a gym in HangChat, or Lampang, or somewhere in between, but I have yet to see it. I’ve found that jogging at the park, soccer with the kids and some basic mat work is enough to keep me in-shape-ish.

I try to do yoga sometimes, but let’s be real. That never works.

In any case, here’s what Nate’s new workout plan looks like.

Thanks Lisa, I appreciate it--maybe I'll catch you on the next phone call and will be able to show my appreciation. As for the substance, pretty much as expected. I'll need to introduce you to our friend chris so you can confer about techniques for filming Nate in action.
